Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 16 Hey everyone.. I got a post asking what the South Beach Diet is, and basically it's this thing with three phases... The first phase is you can basically only eat small portions of only certain types of food and it's kinda like the Atkins diet. The only thing is you are not allowed to eat fruit, barely any dairy, and all carbes, sugar. So as you can see it is pretty restrictive so basicall I am not eating any carbs I added the fruit back in as well as 2 glasses of milk and am eating very very small amounts of sugar.. basically Im not eating any desserts and the sugar I am getting is natural.. so basically thats the south becah diet. Oh I have a question though anybody have a fun way to excersize i mean besides the usual walking.. haha which I can do I just wanted somthing alittle more fun and different.. thanks.. |
