Message Replying To From Marlee, Age 13 Ht. 5'6", Today: 170 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hiya people. Does anyone have any motivational advice that will be useful, so i can startriding my eliptical trainer 4-5 times a week? I alreayd dance 5 hours a week, but only break a sweat in three of those classes(the othertwo are ballet which is reallys low movements...) BUT ANYWAYS...let me know if you have any good tips. I wantto loose 50 pounds...i weigh 170 and am 5"6.Luv yall |
