HEY EVERYONE! HOW R U ALL DOIN? NE1 GOT ANY TIPS OR MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES TO SHARE? I HAVE A FEW:IF U HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING HIGH IN FAT/CALORIES (E.G: CHOCALATE) THROW HALF THE BAR AWAY BEFORE U START EATING IT, THEN U WILL ONLY HAVE HALF THE FAT AND CALS!yay!!!! and remember:we r all thin people trapped inside other peoples bodys, we need to consume less calories, and burn more cals to break free!!!!!!
