Message Replying To From anne, Age 16 if you guys can't stop eating candy then don't- but this is what you can do for it- switch from soft candy like chocolate and stuff to hard candy like lolly pops and mints and any other hard candy. think of it this way- you could have a 200 calorie(usually they're more then that but oh well!) candy bar and take 5 minutes eating it OR you can have a 80 calorie chacolate(or other flavor) tootsie lolly pop and have it last for 20 minutes....hmmmm. lol. well that's a tip for everyone- i've been doing that but this week i'm not going to have any candy. oh and for those that are interested in the negative calorie diet go to http://www.webterrace.com/negative/ for more info on it. i'm going to try it for a few days just to speed up my metabolism and because i'm going to an old town i used to live in in a few days. i'm also going to be good during thanks giving AND the birthday party i'm going to this week. lol. at least i'll try... this stuff really isn't coming off fast enough so i'll just have to be strict with myself and patient. good luck everyone! keep it up- you don't want to give up and catch your breath untill you're at the finish line! |
