Message Replying To From Daria, Age 16 Start: 145 lb, Today: 113 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey everyone! I am 113 pounds and my goal weight was 115!! I have worked so hard on my diet. I weighed 145 and in 3 and a half months look where I am, 113. Incase anyone wants to know, here was my diet plan and exercise regimin. Every morning, I would wake up and have one cup of green tea(green tea boosts metabolism)then for breakfast I would have 1-2 eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast with alittle butter, a piece of fruit and orange juice or coffee. For lunch I would eat a large salad and fruit or a sandwich w/whole wheat bread and some mixed nuts. I came home from school ate half of a grapefruit and half of a orange with a bit of sugar. For dinner, I always had some type of meat and a large side of veggies. If I was still hungry I would eat nuts (VERY GOOD FOR YOU!) Every other day I did a 25 minute Pilates tape.
