Start: 212 lb, Today: 187 lb - Hey everyone. I found this site and it looks helpful for overweight people.When I decided to lose weight I was 212lbs. and with eating less and excersizing, especially in gym class I am now down to 187lbs.I was wondering what I could do during the winter time, its freezing outside right now, and I don't know what I can do for excersize. I did have gym in school, but no longer do I have it. I kind of feel embarrased to excersize or do things like that with my parents around, it just seems weird.What do you guys think?
