I wanted to ask your opinion. Well I have decided to eat 4 small meals a day every 4 hours. So today at 7:00 a.m. I had orange juice and a banana for breakfast, 1 slice of pizza for lunch, a sanwich and some cauliflower for the 3rd meal, a Nutigrain strawberry bar for a snack, and and a 6-inch Quizno's sanwich for dinner. Do you think that is bad or good or okay?
