Message Replying To From anne, Age 16 i ate a 300 calorie breakfast but in that 300 calories there were 12 grams of fiber! man am i full! fiber is great for weight loss- try to eat as much as you can in healthy foods. a lot of high fiber foods are whole wheat bread and veggies. you can also get fiber supplements. they make it so that you're acctually consuming less calories because the indigestable-fiber clings to certain things(like cholesteral) depending on the type of fiber and pushes it through your system. |
