If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Ray Ray or Rach, Age 12 I don't really eat that much, less then I used too but I'm still not loseing weight. Its not really that I've actully tried to cut back but at lunch its cooler to just eat half of your lunch through the rest out type thing...yeah I know weird but whatever...most people don't eat at all. And I don't eat breakfast. Like today I had no breakfast, half of my lunch and thats all and I even had gym today and I still gained a pound. Come on all I ate was like 300 calories at the most!! I REALLY REALLY hate exersise. Isn't there a way to lose weight without having to do exersise? |
