Hey Ya'll. Just an update on my weight loss. Since last Friday I've been workin' like crazy doing Tae Bo, weight training, crunches, and pushups. I did all that each day (except Sunday, because my body needs rest) with my low carbing. This was definitely difficult for me because as some of you probably know, I HATE exercising... but thank God I got through all that. lol Saturday morning (I only weigh myself once a week on the weekends) after I got out of the shower I knew I had to weigh myself but I was sooo scared that all my work had been in vain and that I hadn't lost much weight. Anyways after standing in front of the scale about 5 minutes (just staring mind you) I finally stepped on and I couldn't believe it, I had lost 10lbs in a little over a week! All my hard work and resisting bad foods had paid off! I was ecstatic (as you can probably imagine =D) and was walking on air the rest of the day. I can't wait 'til Monday to start over again. ;D If I keep going at this rate I'll go past my short term weight loss goal of 175 by January. (YAYY!! lol) You guys keep doing what you're doing, don't be discouraged if you get off track, remember everyone does (believe me, I have lol). Congrats to all who have lost weight! Every bit counts. Keep up the good work everyone. Sorry this is so long (as you can tell I talk a lot lol), but I had to tell someone! 1 -Veronica
