If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From anne, Age 16 here's another tip...*sigh waiting for marty to call and then i'll leave this board alone for the day.lol.* when you are in a car or a place where you can't woirkout but you want to get a little extra time in periodically sqeeze the muscle groups(buns abs thighs...) you can and release them for as many times as you can.... |
