Hey everyone, i have been so busy so i haven't written for a while! Well i don't feel great, but i am down 10 pounds and i wanna lose 40 more! i know it is a large goal but i really think i can do it, with track starting we have to workout 3 times a week atleast, and soon swim team will start so the exercise isn't exactly my problem, it's the diet! i eat all the time, but i love fruit and vegetables so if anyone has any diet ideas (remembering i have lunch at school everyday) i would appreciate it! thanx
