If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From gurl*in*shock, Age 14 Today: 180 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Guess what. i went totally in to shock just recently (hence the name) when i weighed myself. i promised myself that i would never weigh 180+ and the scale said i was 182.5!!! ahhhh no wounder i look so fat!!! i'm doing this for my health so at least i have the reason to, plus i want to be able to wear better clothing. if i could get down to a size 8 i would be so happy, and my goal weight will definantly be a smaller size than that. i ws 160 a year ago and a size 10,now i am a size 14 and bigger.and my legs look all lumpy. ewwwww.i want to lose 60lbs, but its kind of difficult when your dad cooks hot dogs twice a week!! that right there is my fault. what are healthy dinners that are easy to fix for a dad who doesn't cook???? i found some other things i can do for cravings. also, i need all the ideas for exercise i can get. i am a nice person and i deserve a nice package, right. thanks and good luck to all. p.s. i lost 2.5 lbs! |
