Hi I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now starting to lose weight seriously! For diet I am going to try to eat small portions of what I want. But I am going to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet and drink loads of water! For exercise I am going to workout 3 times a week and after about a month I am gonna go to 5 days. I will post here on my progress once a week! WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!!!
