Start: 220 lb, Today: 169 lb - i used to be 220 pounds but then i started eating right and exercising and i am now 169 pounds i am very proud of myself and i am not going to lie to you if you are barelly starting there will be some tough times ahead but just go through them and whenever your tempted to eat something not good for you just think of how you will feel after you feel empty inside and ugly and jsut imagine all those kids you make fun of you.prove them wrong instead of fast food eat veggies and fruits and good stuff like that weight loss is not all about exercising it is even more in your head than anything else so keep at it and stay happy.
