Message Replying To From Maylie, Age 14 Okay, one last time with my meal plan. Just to see if it is better now. Breakfast: Cinnamin bun (homemade) about 2.54 inch wide Snack: Small handful (half serving size) of baked doritos lunch: medium piece of homemade cheese pizza and some cannned peaches snack: toaster pastry Supper: pear and baked 1/2 chicken breast (with no skin, eww) Dessert: 1/2 cookie and 2 pieces of peanut butter fudge (also homemade, and low-fat).So, could I lose weight on that you think? |
