Some random advice: Bananas have a lot of carbs (its one of the more "fatty" fruits, but rich in potassium) so if you are concerned in terms of calories, eat an apple instead. Brown Rice is better than white rice. HIDDEN CARBS: Coffee, eggs, Kool Aid, Mayo, artificial sweetners, cheese, sausage, deli meats, imitation crab, and more. LOW CALORIE SNACKS (its safe to eat more of these): saltine crackers, egg white, pickles, salsa -no chips, fruit, HALF wheat tortilla. Hope this helps. Anyone is welcome to add advice.
