Message Replying To From Maylie, Age 14 I have had many people reply to my boards about meal plans, and almost all of them suggested diets of almost all fruit or vegetables. Fruit and vegetables for every meal...to the point that I think it's slightly unhealthy. What about meat, and dairy, and breads? Fruit doesn't have the needed calcium, protein, and other nutrients that food pyramid says I should eat. -------(Thanks for pointing out the food pyramid thingy, Amber)--------- What do you guys think? Is that an excessive amount of fruit, or is it okay? |
