Hey everyone. I lost a total of 7 pounds this week and I just went to Long John Silver's to celebrate. I worked it into my daily calorie intake. I am still at 1300 calories for today and my goal is to eat 1000-1800 cals a day. I feel a little guilty though because I know it wasn't healthy. I don't think I messed up my whole diet or anything but I just feel a little guilty. Do you think what I did was a really BAD thing? I was really craving it and I plan to exercise a little more this week to make up for it. And to all of you who want to cheat on your diet - only cheat a little(if you just absolutly have to cheat)! I feel sick because I ate so much and it just isn't worth it. I am happier eating the healthy food. PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME IF WHAT I DID WAS REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD!!!!! Thank you.
