Message Replying To From Cindy, Age 17 I recommend, as well as many other nutriontist, losing 1-3 lbs. a week. Which will be the easiest way to lose unwanted pounds. Hey I lost 40 lbs. this way!!! Losing weight too fast doesn't work! (trust me, I've tried it). You'll end up gaining it all back because it's too much pressure on you. :) |
