Ht. 5'4", Today: 140 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey everyone im taking those weight smart pills.. tjre not unhealthly my mom is takin them too and im drinking green tea and water.. and eating a lean quizean for dinner for breakfast a piece of fruit and light wheat toast.. and lunch low fat yogurt and chumbers.. or a nutragrain bar.. than im going to do tea bo and light weights.. how much much weight can i lose in 1 month..? i weight 140 and im 5'4 and i want to weight 115..? please COMMENT anyone and tell me HOW MUCH WEIGHT I CAN LOSE DOING THAT PLAN IN A MONTH..?
