Hey everyone! I have a dillema- i want to loose around 5-10 pounds (closer to 5) but I dont have anytime for exercising- no kidding. I stay up late every night (around 1-2 am) studying and have to wake up early for school. I come home loaded with homework and really cannot find time in my schedule except occasionally. I love exercise, but I just don't have time! I eat pretty healthy and drink only water. I dont know what else to do except eat less...? Any tips on how to loose 5-10 lbs without exercise? Thanks! p.s. girls, if you loose 5-10 lbs will you drop a dress size? b.c i just got tons of new clothes that i dont want to have to change...
