hey! ok here are some of my short term goals - (i am 164 now if you didnt no) ok. by february 20th I want to be 154 (healthy weight) then by like May 15th I want to be 140 (8th grade graduation) Then by Early July I want to be 130 lbs. (Camp) and then by Late August I want to be 125 (highschool!) does all that sound reasonable?
