ok i know all u want to lose weight and so do i but if your like me u cant go to the store and buy healthy food for just yourself i haev a family of 7 and when we go to the store we buy lots of stuff but we cant offord special stuff for everyone so what i did and what u can do is everyday eat less eat 2 preferably but u can eat 3 meals a day and dont get SECONDS no seconds or THIRDS and a good weigh to insure u lose weight is to jog for 45 to 60 mins a day in your room by jogging in place it helps i woke up today after joggin and i hade lost 3 pounds so it works and make sure to read labels dont eat anything over like 5-7 grams of fat in one serving and reply if this helps for u i want to know
