hey yall. im back lol. ok tomorrow, wednesday the 28th of january, i am starting the negative calorie diet(which is just a fancy name for a diet consisting of eating fruits n veggies nonstop for 5 days). it says you should lose about 10 lbs in 5 days, but i know this is unrealistic so Ill be satisfied with even 1-2 lbs lost. get this, my mom and i made a deal that if i lose 20 lbs and have good grades-me and my best friend can go get our belly buttons pierced. how wild is that? good motivation huh? haha. yeah, its just the losing weight part now...i can do it though. im determined seriously. so tomorrow its all fruits n veggies n water n excercise for me and on sunday, ill let yall know how ive done.
