Message Replying To From Rebecca, Age 14 Ok so I'm 14 and I weigh uhh 205lbs and I want to lose like alot! So I'm eating low cal foods and stuff but the thing is I only eat once a day, so I want to know if I should start eating more or less? If you can just give me some tips on loseing weight and good exersizing that I could do please tell me, I NEED HELP! thanx |
