Message Replying To From Heather, Age 16 I've been to this site so many times. And so many times i've set goals and so many times failed to meet them. Well this time I want it to be the opposite of that. I wanna finally lose my weight. I'm 16, 5'9'' and close to 280 lbs. I'm really muscular and tall so I don't look as big as 280 sounds. but yeah I'm really overweight. My dream would be to lose the weight, be a decent size for prom (which is next year, not this) and to play softball for school. I've wanted to forever because I can't play for the summer leauge anymore because of my age. And i miss it SOOO much. I try and watch what I eat. I have the same thing for lunch every day which is a Ham and cheese or turkey and cheese sub and baked chips which is a pretty good meal. I'm also starting to go to the gym at my church and run/walk 16 laps which is equivalent to a mile. This isn't a problem for me so i'm glad. I'd like to get down to 140. That is a decent weight i think for how tall I am. If anyone would like to give me some tips i'd be forever grateful.
