Well I am doing so-so with my diet. I will tell you step by step of what I am eating and what I am doing for exersises.I am eating kellogs's special k for breakfast, then for lunch I am having a sandwhich, carrots adn fat free dip, and then a fruit of my choice, supper it's what my mom makes for supper(very small amounts tho). Then for a snack I usually just have something small like an orange. After supper I go into my room and I do all kinds of exersises, or I go outside and go for a walk with my dog. It all works out great. Then I go to bed. If anybody has anything that you think I could do more please make a comment I would love to hear from you. Thanks
