Message Replying To From Carmen, Age 15 Hey guys. I really hope some of you can help me! I'm 5'2 and 140 pounds. I really want to lose weight for the summer. 20-25 pounds or so. I have cut down on fatty foods and started drinking a lot of water. My problem areas are stomach and thighs. If you have any suggestions on good exercises for them please comment. Thanks. :D-Carmen |
