Okay...I just wanted to share this with yall, cause I know that it worked for me! If you need to shape up quickly in 4 weeks or less do this! Eat 1,100 calories a day...3 meals and 2 snacks, well try to do that atleast. After every meal, exercise for a half hour(cardio...!!!) It takes ALOT of dedication and you can't give up! It's hard but in the end it all pays off!
