Hey everybody! Lovely day is it not? I have a couple of questions.1. Is drinking carbonated water the same exact as drinking non-carbonated water? 2. Is anyone in here a dancer, or can tell me how i can tone my muscles so they are not so bulky? (the reason I say dancers is because I know dancers have a special way of making muscles stronger, but not bulkier).3.
