HEY! I haven't posted here in a very long time. Well to get up-to-date, I've continued with the DR. Phil rapid weight loss plan, I have sucessfully lost two pounds with that in one week. I had a gigantic mess-up yesterday, but I'm back on track today. I'm exercing a lot more. Tae-bo every morning, and going back and forth from firm upper body ABs and lower body in the afternoon. I'm really hoping this will work. I have to do the other 4 keys in The Ultimate Weight Solution for Teens. I think that that will help me a lot. I really need some help with my confidence. I understand that weight-loss does not promise confidence gain, But if someone will give me some tips to become more outgoing, that is GREATLY appreciated! I feel so low now a days. Especially today, One of the guys I like I find out has a g/f. Then The other guy I like I didn't even see today. There is a long story about him though, cuz I think he likes me too. I've only met him on Friday but couldn't stop thinking about him since then! Its kinda hard to find some one when u are in a school which has over 2100 students in it. :( I don't know anymore. I know that that was all off subject on this site, please forgive me on that part, but It felt really good to vent. A lot of things have already gone wrong this week and today is only Monday.
