If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Melonie, Age 14 I was very overweight overweight. I never really went on a ~diet~. I just really cut down food portions. I am still doing this until I am a size 0. I do not eat breakfast but sometimes I'll gulp some fruit juice or something...occasionally I'll have some apple sauce. About 6 hours later (at school) I'll have usually nothing. sometimes I'll have a one french fry or a bottled water. Then another six hours later i'll take in somewhere between 100-250 calories. I am losing weight rapidly. Should I stop? Should I continue? Why so? |
