hey im starting tomorow (cuz thats when lent starts so it will be easier!) Ok..i'm giving up all desserts, sweets etc. all fried foods, soft drinks, most pasta..and im only going to drink water. im also going to do 100 crunches a day and 500 jumping jacks. i will dance wildly (lol) to like 5 songs a day...do u think that will be ok? plus yoga..walking home etc.
