Hey, im ticked. i was on a bus today and there was this one guy pigging out, on food that would give u like 4000 calories, and he eats LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME, i want to know is there anyway to increase ur metabolic rate overall, not just after exercise. and also im in a really foul mood, so i want to lose a fair bit of FAT fast, is there anyway?
