Message Replying To From Taylor, Age 13 Hey you guys, I'm back, but i'm on this new plan. I lost a couple of pounds eating right, bu gained most back because i was sloofing. But it tought me how to eat (keeping the food journal for 4 weeks.) So i no longer calculate food, but i make a week in advance exercise plan. This week, I Bike 5 times(or days) for 20 minutes, lift weights for my arms 5 times, do yoga 5 times, and strrength train for my whole body 2 times. I do some yoga on rest days because i have night yoga that is relaxing. don't worry about me overtraining with the arms weights, cause i've been doing it for a while, i jhust need to kick it up a notch.
