I am going on this 3 week diet called quickstart (In the book "turn up the heat".) You can lose anywhere from 5-8lbs a week. You drink 1 ounce of water for every pound of body weight (210 ounces for me!!!!) Its says to only use it for three weeks, which I prolly will (Maybe just maybe 4). I read a story and someone lost 24 then 22, and I was going to exercise everday for 30 minutes, or 1 hour.
