I'm only 5 foot even but I weigh 150...I look like a fat third grader! I can't get taller but I want to lose 20 pounds so I won't be overweight anymore by summer. The problem is, all my friends do not weigh over 105, no joke, and they have a party like every weekend and wolf down cookies and Coke and pizza and never gain any weight...and when I try to have a salad instead they say, 'Oh no Jessica, you're not fat, have some grease-laden cheese' or something like that. And I want the bad food, so I eat it. How do I stop?? I want to be able to go to the beach with no regrets this summer!!
