PLEAZEE READ I NEED ALLL THE HELKP I CUUD GEt i rellee eneed dieitin help im goin away for eatserr nd im like fat but somee mucsle beucase im acitvee but the rets is fat i weigh 165 nd iam 5 6 but i dunno how much is muscle i gueess like mabye a lil leess than half but how cna i lose like 20 lbs in like 34 days i relle need it nd i neva stick to dietss but i relllee rellle rlelle try nd i think im determined untill i see fod nd i juss eat all of it when i try to starve myself i end up good until bout 4 oclokc then i eat everyhting in site soo i needd hellp i was thinkin bout takin green tea in the mornin ndd werkin out for 15 mins in mornin 15 afternoon nd 15 mins at nite mnd eat 800 cals a aday or juss like meet and veggie almost virtually no carbs but some nd if i doo that for 30 days do u think i cuud lose like 20 lbs or maybe moree thanks a million i love u guys im happy i cuud talk to u all soo plezeee answer thanks a millon-reilly
