Message Replying To From clifford, Age 15 ok i have had 2 chocolate chip pancakes with syrup oatmeal(brown sugar and maple), 3 oreos, a lil bowl of honey and peanut butter and water is all ive eaten today. I excercised with my regular crunches(100)leglifts(40 each leg and 20 both legs), pushups(10), and streching. Did i eat too lil tooo much i may have only water rest of the day or some carrots. I am not having any more meals today though if i get hungry i will eat carrots. Well gotta go see ya. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS thanx |
