Message Replying To From lindsey, Age 14 ok this week is gonna suck since it is spring break and all..but once i get back to school this is my new plan - breakfast-oatmeal..or an apple if i'm in a big hurry..lunch-salad..snack-piece of fruit, something healthy/small...dinner-either soup/shrimp/chickendoes that sound good to anyone? do you think i will lose weight with that? I will also do dance dance revolution for at least an hour each day so i will be losing about 400 calories doing that.... |
