hey, how u doing? how good! i agree with wat lindsey said on another post about eating unhealthy or alot of something unhealthy makes u feel way horrid and i used to make myself throw up what i just ate if it was bad but now i've learned and eat only when im hunger and not just cuzz it sounds good and ive completly shut out the junk food-entirely-one snack that i basically look forward to the entire day is salt free rice cake with 1 tablesoon peanut butter ahhh i just had mine not to long ago and now im going to look forward to it till tomorrow lol looking forward to eat things u really liek is always good, helps me lose my weight i need 2. the one thing i can not live with out is gum lol keeps my occuipied and not think about food as much and gum comes in alot of flavors, its my diet saver haha well thas all for now
