I have to take steroids for lung problems. My doctor had threatned to take me away from my parents because I am over weight. She is the one who prescribes the steroids.On March 11 I have to go and see her for a check up on my lungs. I haven't lost weight but I haven't gained any. I dread seeing her.Do you have any tips on losing weight?
