Message Replying To From lindsey, Age 14 hey last week i was 165 and i was so mad cuz i had gained 5 lbs. but this week i was 159! YAY! I did almost 2 hours of ddr a day, and i ate normal meals! But extra fruits! And i drank nothing but water! But i thought i might've gained b/c on friday i had a big blueberry muffin and saturday i had 2 cookies, and 2 cinnamon rolls(not just that ...like i had normal food to..) and then today i had two small pieces of chocolate cake! LOL! i dont no how i still lost so much weight! I guess the excercise did the trick! |
