If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From chelsey, Age 15 Hey I'm going threw a really hard time right now. I've gained 35 pounds in less then a year and I have gone from 110 to 145.. I'm only 5'1" and I used to be so beautiful. Now I feel bad about myself. I know I can do it and I know I will I just wanted to know If anyone would like to be my weight loss buddy? I'm going to eat 1500 calories a day of vegetables, fruit, low fat dairy, lean protein, and whole grains.. and also drink a lot of water. I home school so I don't move around very much.. I'm going to start running 1 mile on my tredmill everyday and walking 1 mile... (I used to run 3 miles a day for the fun of it!) and I will do @ least 25 sit ups a day and lift 5lb. dumbell weights 20 times on each arm everyday. I know It will take me forever to lose 35 pounds..cuz I don't want to lose more then 2 a week .. It wouldn't be real fat loss.. but I know that next year I will be glad I did this.
