If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Rachel, Age 14 I did fairly good today though I don't think I ate enough but I was really busy so I kinda didn't have time to eat. For lunch I had 1 and 1/2 pieces of pizza w/o the crust and then for supper I had 2 small eggs (scrambled) and a little piece of turkey sausage. I know the foods I ate weren't that great but that's all we had at school and my mom made. And I also ran 1/4 of a mile without stopping and walked for 40 more minutes. I also ran up and down the stairs 10 times which was REALLY hard! So what do yall think? Any tips? Thanks to whoever replies! =D |
