okay guyz.. tell me wat u think about my diet plan...Breakfast: 1 banana and 1 cup of soymilLunch: salad and dressing and orange juiceDinner: Salad and dressing and apple and orange juice.Also I'm going to do pilates and maybe a little bit of jumproping.So what do you think? and how much weight do u think I'm going to lose if I do this for about a week?
