If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From tasha, Age 15 I weigh 146 and am 5'2 and i workout everynight except saturday and i haev been doing this for a couple of months but i cn't find a diet or the right balance of foods to help me lose weight so please help me if any of u have a good diet! |
