If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Ashli, Age 14 hey i just wrked out pounds and i weigh 106..is that too low?? i want to tone my stomach n legs but i dont want to lose weight from other parts. i heard if u just do exercises it will build up your muscles but can make it look bigger.this true?? thnx! |
