HI EVERYONE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I STARTED THE SLIM FAST DIET MY DAILY MEAL PLAN IS FOR BREAKFEST I HAVE 1 CAN OF MILK CHOCOLATE SLIM FAST AND A 16.9OZ BOTTLE OF WATER I TAKE A SNACK TO SCHOOL WHICH IS A CHEEDER CORN CAKE MADE BY QUAKER AND A NOTHER BOTTLE OF WATER I COME HOME AND HAVE ANOTHER CAN OF SLIM FAST FOR LUNCH AND A BOTTLE OF WATER FOR DINNER I HAVE ANY HEALTHY LEAN CUISEAN MEAL AND NO CAL SPARKLING FRUIT WATER LEAN CUISEAN PIZZA IS REALLY GOOD AND LOW IN CALORIES AND I ALWAYS MAKE SURE I HAVE SOME VEGGIES AND FRUITS ITS REALLY WORKED IVE LOST 9 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS I ALSO WALK TO AND FROM SCHOOL WHICH TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES A WALK AND I HAVE A LATERAL THIGH TRAINER WITH A VIDEO THAT I USE EVERY DAY FOR 30 MINUTES AND I DRINK WATER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE IT REALLY FILLS ME UP.DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD MEAL PLAN TO U GUYS?
